Standards and tools for data monitoring in observational studies
Description
- Our objective is to further the widespread conduct of harmonised data quality assessments in observational health research by extending the cross-disciplinary scope and the methods of our data quality framework, and to improve the basis for FAIR data quality assessments. The latter refers to the FAIR criteria findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability. These will be addressed by work on interoperable standards for metadata underlying data quality assess-ments, the accessibility of data quality assessments to non-statisticians, an e-learning environ-ment for data quality assessments, and a guideline for the reporting of results from data quality assessment in scientific papers.
