Discussing Health Research – The BIPS Institute Seminar

The BIPS Institute Seminar is a monthly lecture series that brings together current research in epidemiology and public health. Its goal is to strengthen scientific exchange among local, national, and international researchers.

Speakers include researchers at all career stages who present their work to an interdisciplinary audience—from the University of Bremen to Harvard.

The seminar covers a wide range of topics: from method development and the identification of disease causes to intervention and implementation research, and from mathematics to sports science.

In addition to presenting current research, the focus is on exchange. The event series aims to contribute to fostering scientific discussions and increasing the visibility of research.

Below are summaries of the presentations, and many presentations can be viewed in full on the YouTube channel.

Anyone interested in attending the event can register at institutsseminar(at)leibniz-bips.de.
