This is less relevant for our institute since the transfer path refers to the application of own ideas, own knowledge, research results and developments in the form of the foundation of new companies. BIPS develops effective strategies for the prevention of chronic, non-communicable diseases, but we do not develop products for commercial purposes. We rather support the profit-free use of our outputs that were generated by public money.
