We are proud to announce that BIPS has once again been awarded the audit berufundfamilie certificate. The award is a special recognition of our long-standing efforts to create a family-friendly working environment.

BIPS strives to create a family-friendly working environment.

BIPS has held the audit berufundfamilie certificate since October 2014. Since then, we have worked hard to continuously improve our family and life-phase-conscious HR policy. And now we are delighted to have successfully completed the dialog process once again.

The dialog process allows us to further develop our efforts in certain areas and better meet the needs of our employees. We are proud of our current measures to reconcile work and family life, such as flexible working hours and family-friendly vacation arrangements.

The renewed confirmation of the audit berufundfamilie certificate shows that we are continuously working on improvements as an employer and that we place the work-life balance of our workforce at the center of our efforts.

Our goal as a research institute is to be an attractive employer and to ensure that our employees feel comfortable and balanced in order to perform excellent work. The compatibility of work and family is of great importance here.

We are proud of our measures to date, such as flexible working hours, family-related part-time work and company health management. In the future, we will focus more on the topics of mental health, virtual collaboration and onboarding for new managers.
