NFDI4Health Community Survey on NFDI Data Repositories

The DFG is currently preparing a funding call for data repositories in the context of the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI). The background to this is the increasing demand for storage capacity for research data, which cannot be met everywhere by local infrastructures. Through this survey, NFDI4Health aims to assess the demand and requirements for data storage capacity, with a particular focus on clinical, epidemiological, and public health study data.

The current DFG call is limited to funding data repositories, but we remain hopeful that further funding opportunities will follow in the future. To identify future storage needs and additional requirements, NFDI4Health has developed a short questionnaire. We kindly ask you to complete the questionnaire from your perspective and would appreciate it if you could also share it within your professional society, university, or institution. This will enable NFDI4Health to prepare a proposal tailored to the needs of health researchers and to submit it collectively in response to this call
